Shipping policy
01. DISPATCH & PROCESSING
All orders are subject to a 2–5 business day processing window. During high-volume "Archive Drops," this window may extend to 7 business days.

Once an icon has been processed and a tracking number generated, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking data once the package leaves our facility.
02. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
We utilize a network of premium carriers to ensure secure delivery.

Standard Transit: 10-20 business days.
03. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship specimens globally. Transit times vary significantly based on the destination country’s customs protocols.

Estimated Transit: 10-20 business days.

Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, local taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in the checkout total and are collected by the carrier or local customs office upon arrival.

We cannot mark international packages as "Gift" or undervalue the shipment to bypass legal tax requirements.
04. TRACKING & VERIFICATION
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an "Insufficient Address" or "Unclaimed" status, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

Once a tracking number is marked as "Delivered," Archived Plush is no longer liable for the package.
05. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
If your tracking indicates a delivery was made but you have not received the package:

Check all hidden entrance points and with neighbors.

Contact the local carrier office to confirm GPS delivery coordinates.

If theft is suspected, file a report with your local police department.

Archived Plush is not responsible for items stolen after successful delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a staffed business address.
