Refund policy
ARCHIVED PLUSH: RETURN PROTOCOL
01. ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To maintain the integrity of the product, items must be in original deadstock condition:

Unworn, unused, and unaltered.

All original tags and labels must be attached.

Items must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
02. LOGISTICS & FEES
To initiate a return, contact support@archivedplush.com with your order number.

Return Labels: If your return is authorized, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Cost Deduction: The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund total.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be processed or accepted.
03. DAMAGES & EXTRACTION ERRORS
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 48 hours of reception at support@archivedplush.com. We will resolve verified errors at no additional cost.
04. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and ineligible for return:

Custom / Personalized Products: Any item made to specific order.

Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount or during specific drop events.

Gift Cards.
05. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges after the order has been shipped. To secure a different product reach out to us before your order has been shipped or follow the return protocol for your current item and place a new order through our catalog.
06. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus the return shipping fee. If you haven't seen the credit after 15 days, contact your bank before reaching out to us.
